Emergency response & crisis support
Providing rapid aid to communities affected by conflict and displacement. When a crisis occurs, we provide rapid aid to communities affected by conflict, displacement, or sudden health crises.
Medical support services (The 1K helpline)
Supporting patients at risk who struggle with out-of-pocket payments. Since its inception in 2018, our 1K Helpline initiative has been supporting patients at risk who struggle with out-of-pocket payments. The name "1K" denotes one thousand Naira, often seen as 'pocket change' by many working-class Nigerians showing how small contributions can make a big difference.
Health equity & financial protection
Tackling out-of-pocket payments through advocacy and collaboration. Through advocacy and collaboration with the Nigerian national bodies we aim to tackle the reliance on out-of-pocket payments and increase financial protection. For example, through the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
Community outreach & capacity building
Running awareness campaigns and training for healthcare workers. We run awareness campaigns, digital registration drives for health insurance, training for public healthcare workers, and community-led health education.
Emergency response & crisis support
When a crisis occurs, we provide rapid aid to communities affected by conflict, displacement, or sudden health crises. Our emergency response network gives us the ability to mobilize support quickly to protect at-risk populations.

Benue crisis (2024)
Mobilized urgent relief support for displaced families and communities facing hardship partnering with trusted local organizations for timely assistance delivery.
Tarkwa bay evictees (2020)
Provided emergency funds to aid displaced families facing sudden loss and instability following forced evictions in Tarkwa bay community.
Justice for Uwa (2020)
Joined nationwide calls for justice after horrific assault and murder of Uwa Omozuwa standing in solidarity with campaigns demanding accountability.
Ita-Faaji building collapse (2019)
Contributed to emergency relief efforts following the tragic building collapse in Lagos Island, supporting affected families and communities.
Medical support services (The 1K helpline)
Through our flagship initiative, The 1K Helpline, we provide direct financial assistance to patients who cannot afford healthcare access. From blood transfusions, emergency surgery, eye tests, diabetes, cancer care and so on.
How the 1K Helpline works:
Monthly focus & verification
Each month, we focus on a specific health need or cause. Verified cases are selected through trusted hospitals, clinics, or individual referrals.
Collective giving
Thousands of compassionate individuals contribute as little as ₦1,000 or more every month.
Impact
Funds are disbursed to cover urgent treatments, medical supplies, or hospital bills, ensuring help gets to people who need it most.

Community outreach & capacity building
We believe that real impact begins with being present. Our community outreach efforts are designed to uplift individuals & families through direct engagement, seasonal support, and locally led partnerships bringing relief and care to those often overlooked.
Stockings of support (Project SOS)
Our seasonal outreach is a festive, end-of-year campaign where we support in delivering care packages, and essentials to patients and at-risk families.
Health drives
We conduct ad-hoc community health engagements such as basic health checks, screenings, health education and community events that provide wellness services in communities.
Gbaupe Health Drive (Abuja)
In partnership with ARRDEC NGO, we provided health services and education to over 300 residents in the Gbaupe community.
